Some good friendly people, trying to do a good job in a horrible environment Limited pressure, as no clear plan, structure or targets means you can coast with no issues Free coffee and biscuits
Cons
Generally a horrible toxic atmosphere Disorganised to the extreme - driven from the top. No clear leadership or plan. Various departments doing their own thing. No investment in people, equipment or processes No progression or opportunities. Some of the most dubious and frankly dodgy business practices I've ever seen
