Management team are completely incompetent. Mistakes made by them impact customer orders, profitability and health and safety on an annual basis. These issues have went unaddressed due to the amount of covering they do for each other, the fact their oil and gas orders have increased to a level which has brought the business back into profitability is nothing short of luck. The longer the business is run without a general manager at the helm to control the icompetents the better for the future of what could be one of the top engineering firms in the country.
