- Management is lacking, from the CEO to every other C-Level, managers included. - Lack of empathy with employees, decisions are imposed, not discussed. - Overall management is kids playing with their parents money than professional leadership - Main app is a monolith made and decided by mostly one person. - Company rotation is big, average lasting time is 1 year at most. No plans for retention.
