I have a great leader too; he has a direct impact on my engagement and I work hard for him and for the company.
Cons
Your experience and satisfaction can depend heavily on your area, team, and leader. Some areas have better work/life balance than others. I wish there were more opportunities to telecommute so that I could move out of the area but stay with the company.
