Pros
- Such an interesting product - Great people - very rare to have staff who are unmotivated or not team focused, not a place to have a big ego. - Very flexible in terms of working hours and location of work - Great office! - Lots of progression possible as we're growing - People are really encouraged to speak up and have their say - We've got some really talented people who don't per se have the official degree to back up their specialty. It's amazing to see companies not just rely on what a piece of paper says, but actually look at people's skills and experience.
Cons
As with all young organisations, it can get chaotic and you really need to be up for change. Getting stuck in routines is not really an option and you'll need to embrace change as it comes. As we don't yet have specific roles for all different jobs, you're also expected to sometimes go outside of your job description. Makes it really interesting for some, but not everyone likes that of course.
