      Pros

      There are no real advantages to working here compared to other companies.

      Cons

      - Workloads are brutal, hours are long, and the pace is constantly overwhelming. - There is very little structure, making day to day work chaotic and unclear. - Lack of advancement opportunities makes the role feel like a dead end from the start. - Managers can be openly hostile, adding to an already draining environment. - The overall experience feels stressful, frustrating, and unsustainable.

      Don’t even come a step near if you want to keep your dignity!

      Cons

      The executives were mean, demanding, and inappropriate! I felt disrespected and harassed but telling HR made my situation worse! Instead of getting the issue resolved, I was ridiculed and insulted and lost my dignity!
