      Pros

      It is solid temp work, they find you a nice fit, make sure you're happy and offer you other opportunities with their other contractors if you wish.

      Cons

      Communication can be a little lacking when you've settled in to a role. Their is a degree of uncertainty as well, but that's standard for temp work
