Pros
A great product, highly engineered, an excellent manufacturing facility, some good co-workers. A good clean, safe environment and modern facility. It looks like a great situation from afar, but once you're here you understand the reason we're still a small company. Perfect for the college grads to gain experience.
Cons
The culture here is disastrous - there is a reason for such a high turnover rate! People are literally leaving weekly! The pay is low, but the work/expectations are not high. There is a lot of dishonesty when it comes to $$/pay. Continuous heavy micromanagement from the top. Toxic (middle manager) allowed to drive people away. The company "talks the talk" but doesn't "walk the walk". The Roman "Bread and Circus" strategy doesn't work these days.....
