Being told in the interview its a great place to work. Pay raises would be regular, Bonuses etc

Training was below subpar. What a joke! And if an employee falls behind on a job, instead of admiting the training is subpar, and maybe try helping the individual where he is struggling, apparently its much easier just to deem the employee as an insufficient worker,or lazy,or "must be goofin off". Managers who wanna portray themselves as upstanding,decent,moral, God loving people are actually complete jerks who treat they're workers like dogcrap on the bottom of they're shoe. The furtherest thing from being a " Christian". In actuallity just a Jesus Christ fan club member, cause nothing " Christ" like comes out of the persons I dealt with
