Great set of Payroll Agents at Shared Services level as well HRD's, Assistant HRDS and support staff at hotel level to work with. Great benefits.
Cons
Favoritism, nothing gets done. The Payroll Managers/Supervisors have nothing to do with the Payroll Agents except to mostly make them feel incompetent. When issues are given to Directors of the Shared Service facility or the HRD there nothing is ever done to resolve issues. Certain employees if favored are selected for advancement positions regardless if they should be in those positions or not. (Not angry that someone was selected over me because I was in a Supervisory position). I left there dissatisfied with the way Management and Directors ran the company. Things are falling apart in the Payroll Department and they just turn their backs and look away. Sad!
