Pros
HQ building is beautiful Snagging free nights at the better properties is phenomenal, though rare
Cons
Stagnant, oppressive, baby-boomer oriented culture Business decisions driven by emotion create crap work Doing basically any work is frowned upon Projects often drag, and then end for no reason Extremely meeting heavy. Even entry level roles spend upwards of 75% of their time in meetings. Long long meetings (I had two 2+hour weekly meetings!!!) without any strong outcomes. Everyone just stares at their laptops. I regret taking this job and staying for as long as I did. At a pivotal moment in my career, I was forced to sit on my hands for 6 months. I tried to work the politics and get anything shipped, and was repeatedly shut down and reprimanded for stepping out of line. How this company is a top employer is beyond me. Empathy and humility are nowhere to be seen. Also, benefits are mediocre, and free hotel nights are mostly bait and switch.
