Pros
The Management was very friendly and caring. They listened to input, and always seemed to want to hear what employees had to say. Stable company.
Cons
Sometimes they relied on "experts" to make decisions, and it didn't work out all that well. The company did a great job as a whole, but they could benefit by valuing employee opinions just a bit more.
