Pros
Hyatt as a company has great (theoretical) policies and high standards as far as taking care of their employees as a whole.
Cons
It's a massive "boys's club" at most larger properties where mid-level managers have to put their time in to accelerate their career, so if you're not a kiss-ass or taken in as part of the club by one of the upper mangagement, you can be sure that will mean your hard work will be overlooked and taken advantage of and you will see the boys' club get promoted up and out ahead of you
