Pros

Professional high end retailer who caters to mid to upper level consumers. Display contests challenge merchandising creativity. Autonomy is wonderful. Benefits are good if in management like moving you for free, bonuses for hew market managers. Want to be health conscious industry leaders. Raises have been ok. Pay is very good.

Cons

Way too much fraternizing of management, lots of lines being blurred due to that fraternization. Way to worried about SPMH metric. Rural stores that have talent cannot get to urban positions due to being pigeonholed about volume. Leadership in title only, no servant leadership 5pm and gone. Force employees to partake in insurance premium reducing programs admonishing Those who don't.

Cons

As a 24/7 retail business, scheduling can be demanding in some roles — though the variety of positions means there's flexibility to find the right fit. With a large, decentralized workforce spread across hundreds of locations, consistent employee communication is an ongoing area of focus and improvement.
