Pros
They offer above average pay and benefits. During the majority of the year, there is a decent amount of overtime to be had for people who want to make extra money.
Cons
Upper management is very disorganized. Communication barriers between all departments impede on productivity and effective obstacle management. Laborers are subject to extensive lay offs and shift changes with minimal notice due to aforementioned lack of communication/competence.
