      Pros

      Decent pay, good benefits, not a difficult job. 401k match. Dependability bonus. Great teamwork, little supervision. Friendly people to work with.

      Cons

      Working hours are not ideal, orders are inconsistent. Otherwise it's a good place to work. Not a lot to complain about.

      Good learning for fresh out of college as you get hands-on on everything

      Cons

      Since it is a tier 1- You have to be hands - on from day 1 and you were expected to wear multiple hats at once.
