      Everyone takes pride in their work, but also values the relationships that exist from person to person. Thus, it is an environment in which work is fun and the success you achieve seems even greater.

      Cons

      Due to past organizational structure, some work was excessive and unnecessary, but new restructure could eliminate these problems.

      Good learning for fresh out of college as you get hands-on on everything

      Cons

      Since it is a tier 1- You have to be hands - on from day 1 and you were expected to wear multiple hats at once.
