Thank you for the review. We did not have a research team member in Mumbai during November 2021. Entire research team was based in Cochin. We are not sure if this review is genuine. Nevertheless, let us try to address your comments. I believe you have tagged Business Outlook to be negative. Allow us to update some information on the business outlook which you are probably not aware of - - As a business we are growing 100% YoY - We have also achieved a 100% client retention, working with the most respected brands in the country Here are some of the employee initatives - We have employees who have been working with us for more than 7, 5 and 3 years. - On average our best performers in the company received above average salary hike. This was during the Covid year. - We are of course a 100% meritocratic organisation because of the nature of work. We put out research that is read my millions of people and we can not have even a smallest room for mediocrity. That culture may not be a fit for everyone. - We are not sure about your comment about not being employee friendly. We did not "lay off" a single individual due to Covid. The only person asked to leave during the Covid was due to a core value alignment issue. Yes, we test our core value every opportunity we get a chance to test. We in fact gave bonuses and salary hikes to the research team, that you claim to be from, that too during the peak of Covid. - The first thing we did when the market opened up was to take all our employees to a company sponsored leisure trip, Photos available on Instagram - MD was so considerate that, during the leisure trip/ offsite, he gifted the team with shoes, placed hand written notes with chocolate boxes for each of the team member - Your personal remark about the MD was rather unfortunate. He believes in wealth creation and in adding value to his team's career and life. Not by words, by through actions. This was demonstrated by him by distributing 10% of profits he derived from his personal startup investments to his employees.
