Pros
Leadership is transparent, open and honest. They don't claim to be perfect, and they actively seek to improve from the top down. A lot of folks have long tenure at H&P, and to me that speaks to the character of the company long term. There is no company first mentality, and I feel valued as an employee for the work that I do.
Cons
No company is perfect, and H&P is actively trying to improve how processes are done. We're working through efficiency and standardization challenges, but the company is on the right track. No major concerns.
