      Gained invaluable experience… in dodging verbal from the MD.

      Everyone come on down, are have 1 slot left in our 10 top reasons to not work at hurst. I’ve been let down on copy from another partner so the last slot is heavily reduced if you can provide the content. All I need is 150 words and an image. The MD? Think narcissist on a power trip who treats "annual leave" as personal insults. Zero respect for staff—being sick or attending a family emergency is apparently your fault. You’ll get a solid cardio workout running from the MD’s yelling fits. Bonus points if you don’t cry. Turnover is higher than a McDonald’s during lunch hour. Morale is so low it’s probably digging a tunnel to Australia by now.

      - first-hand experience of working under a narcissistic control freak. - office next to a pub.

      - MD is happy to threaten current and former employees. Here's proof from a previous Glassdoor review, dated 15 July 2022, titled "Toxic control freak MD—Media Sales Consultant Hurst Media Employee Review." - Zero respect for staff, would always have an issue if you were sick, had doctor appointments, family emergencies or even booked annual leave well in advance. - They'd make you come in half an hour early at 8:30, but the MD wasn't even there then. - Worse staff turnover than a student pub in the summer break. - Awful office space, no culture or personality to it at all. - Team spirit and morale was always low. - MD is a wannabe Jordan Belfort, just comes across as a failed David Brent impressionist. - Glassdoor full of fake 5 star reviews, just look at 15th January 2024. four reviews all rated 5 star in one day... as well as many similar reviews around that same time. Screams of desperation to me, and maybe an untaxable cash bonus?
