      - In an incredible growth phase - Lots of opportunity to be promoted - Very focused on employee mental health and satisfaction - Clear roadmap ahead for the company - Annual trips to the US - Above average income for SDR's - Fully remote which gives a lot of your time back during the week

      Cons

      Sometimes being fully remote can be isolating, but meeting up every so often in person definitely helps!
