      The growth potential for the in-store program is tremendous.

      Cons

      Incentive pay is convoluted. You are never quite sure what you will make from month to month. The Insurance program leaves a lot to be desired as well.

      Pros

      You get to know customers and it can be pretty fun with the right group.

      Cons

      They can be very unfair with their job assessments. Managers have rated you based on how they feel about you rather than the actual metrics asked for.
