Leadership. The culture has declined significantly in the last 10 years. Will say they are looking out for you but pay is the ridiculously low, benefits get worse every year, 4 day RTO with zero concern for employees. Care more about where you sit than the job you do. There are zero people around me in my area and I still have to go in to take zoom calls I can take at home
