Hunters Recruitment is one of the most rewarding and friendly places to work. I am absolutely loving my time working for the company and feel so supported through everything that I do. From the get go, I was offered extensive training in all areas of the company and been offered new challenges to broaden my skill set in the industry. I can’t fault the company on its flexibility, they are so understanding and allow me to go to my extra-curricular activities. I love how every individual is valued in the company and this is reflected through their low turnover of staff. Honesty and integrity are one of many values that the company instils throughout the business and through their Consultants, and these values are continuously implemented through our Client and Candidate care. Like any role there are various challenges that arise and high volumes of work, however this keeps the role interesting and has taught me to adapt and prioritise workload to fit set deadlines

I can honestly say I work somewhere with a supportive culture, with Directors who have given me the chance to train externally and for a company who are honest and have integrity. The Directors display good leadership skills and instil these values within their Consultants. They are flexible and always ensure we are striving for the best levels of Candidate and Client care.
