Pros
Great training. Great health benefits, especially when having a baby. Depending on which business unit you work for, management is very open to your ideas. As far as product design, you get access to many types of materials: plastics, die castings, extrusions, textiles, paints/decorations, keeps it fairly interesting and fun. Nice coworkers. Nice buildings and campus.
Cons
Very top heavy company. Zero growth in engineering career path. Expect a 3% merit increase every year, even if company profits are great.
