Pros
This company offers great benefits for the area and there are always events designed to boost the very low morale that employees experience here. People are generally nice and helpful as well.
Cons
Hunter Douglas is a rapidly growing company but unfortunately, upper management did a terrible job keeping pace with this expansion. I worked on the phones performing customer service and calls were in queue from start of day to finish. I was frequently rushed by management to get to the next call despite already averaging 60-70 calls a day. It didn't take long at all for the burn out to set in or for stress to spill over into my personal life.
