Pros

Where do I start? 1. The people - Strategic, talented, and real. You couldn't ask for a better place to work in being surrounded by people who truly do care about doing what's right for the brands we touch. It doesn't matter how big or small the job, the commitment to excellence lives within the walls. 2. The culture - Work hard and celebrate together. I'm blessed to work on a team where everyone takes pride in the job they do and rallies to deliver the best product possible. Equally as important, there is a strong camaraderie among the HA team that cannot be forced or faked. 3. The work - Rooted in strategic foundation, it is empowering and rewarding to be a part of a team that approaches every assignment with meaning and purpose, asks the hard questions, and pushes the limits in striving for nothing but extraordinary.

Cons

I'll let you know if I ever think of one.

Pros

In my agency experiences, Hunt Adkins is one of the best in terms of offering opportunity for varied experience and career advancement. HA's smaller size makes for smaller teams, which in turn leads to an all-hands-on-deck approach. I've had the opportunity to work with everyone from Interns to Directors to dig deep on everything from traditional brand campaigns to website UX & design to new biz efforts to agency-awareness & community-involvement initiatives. Basically, I get to do something different, learn or teach something new and garner valuable experience almost every day. There's also plenty of opportunity for growth. HA recognizes hard work, values aptitude as much as experience and promotes from within. Forging your own career path is encouraged. A few HA-ers have even crossed disciplines or expanded their job descriptions. I really appreciate that my thoughts and ideas are invited and appreciated by other team members.

Cons

No hand-holding here. You definitely need to have plenty of initiative. If you don't consider yourself enterprising, you will most likely find yourself with less opportunity for the above Pros.
