      Great place to trauma bond with co-workers

      Cons

      Lack of diverse leaders and those that join the team leave within 2 years. The pillars touted in the community are nowhere to be found within the building. What was once known as a leader in advocacy in the community no longer has a voice or a direction.

      Staff is very friendly and helpful, supervisor's are hands on.

      Sometimes it seems like busy work is annoying, and Executive Director is somewhat dictatorial.

      Toxic work environment. Management is like being in high school all over again, if you don’t fit in the clique, they make work not a good place.
