      Pros

      Each and every employee is given a free will to share new business concepts and ideas. Good opportunity for freshers to work as an intern and get good experience in their respective area. Many have got a good break after joining Hungama as an Intern... There are career opportunities for employees who has a burning desire to grow in future. Work environment is fabulous and management is very approachable.

      Cons

      I don't see any downside as long as there is a burning desire to grow.

      The working culture is really good, there is great communication amongst the employees

      The location of the office is in Kurla and the commutation becomes very difficult, especially during the rainy season.
