Pros

Good tech team, interesting people around. Atmosphere created by simple employees is good, and it's a pleasure to work with this people in technical team.

Cons

Heads of company - not professionals. They don't understand how IT works, how to build a team and build a product. Everything related with management and administrative - failed, and failed a lot of times. Except of working with a product - you will be listening long stories about motivation, culture and values, which never will be applied to you. If you hear something about feeling of ownership to product - on a fact after some time it's possible to hear - it's not you job, sit and do you monkey job. Everything that you hear about flexibility, trust and similar - working only one way, and when you need this - you are taking a damage to a company. You can expect that rules fo work can be changed in any time, possibly it can be few times in one month. And of course - if you already working on this company - you need to be prepared, that you salary will not be paid, and not for some future month, but already for finished time, and it's possible do not get the salary for already worked period (like me). When you want to know some info about you salary - it means (from company point of view) that you taking a damage to a company. Probably any question from you to the company can be ignored few days, but if company needs for something - it must be done immediately. And during the pandemic - you need to work only from the office, and work form home is unavailable option. If you want to feel how is to be in the army, but with IT - it's a best choose

Pros

For someone who loves to play with audio tech and build audio software, Humtap is a really fun place to be. The product is in still in early development, so new features and ideas are in constant development. Everything feels fresh, and the culture of the small dev team has developed into something really special. Problem solving is collaborative and every voice is heard.

Cons

The usual caveats of a small, early-stage startup apply. The workload is much higher than at a larger company, you're often required to work on projects that don't fit your area of experience, and you must context switch frequently to take on new bugs and features as they arise.

Pros

Humtap is at a really exciting period of development - with a product launch coming up, everyone is full of optimism and enthusiasm. We are a global team with a passion for music and technology. What we're working on has the potential to change the way everyone thinks about making music! What I like about the culture is there is a commitment to hiring smart people that work hard and are dedicated to the team.

Cons

As we are still in the early stages, the benefits package is still in development, and salaries are perhaps a little slim.
