Pros
The people at Humanyze are truly wonderful. I really enjoyed working with fellow employees and I truly appreciated the different perspectives people brought. In the past two years the company has taken steps to create sustainable practices that help build not only a better product but also a better system for people to work under. New additions to the leadership team seem to bring more experience that is strengthening the company’s product and solutions. New leadership has brought a renewed excitement and drive to help the company succeed.
Cons
The path for growth at Humanyze is murky. Even when higher positions open up it’s rare to see promotions or opportunities for current employees. Upward feedback can be a hit or miss and at times taken out of context making it hard to create long-term trust. There is always an underlying mistrust from general employees towards upper management which can make it hard to concentrate on building a better company. The company would also do well to have more actionable KPIs around diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
