Pros
They pay the extra work-hour and do not have to die in work. The Company has future, but it is a slowly growing Company Group. The Company uses new technologies and IT hardware. If you want to find a place where you can spend your time, get your salary, but you do not care about the professional improvement, this is your place.
Cons
The leadership is not opened for change or innovation related to management questions. They say they care the opinion of the employees, but in real, nobody cares. They do not want to motivate the employees to stay at the Company and they try to give a low payment, even if they are who requires for manpower. Most of the people leave after 1-3 years. The salary raise is only symbolic, and they try to convince you in every year that the next one will be better, and try to be more patient.
