Pros
The best thing your probably gonna get out of working here is the "Incentive Pay" buuuutttttt you gotta offload a container by yourself faster than the team of two next to you or your gonna lose your job... or so they say... The fact they tried to bribe me with a gift card to do something unreasonable but when it came down to it they said that "It's your job" but why offer something thats apart of my job description.
Cons
The amount of pressure and the performance expectations they have of their employees is way too high for the pay rate they're offering. I'm sure you saw the "Until Completion" part of the schedule, but they really mean get the H*ll out of here in 3 hours.
