Saving money for the company is the only that is cared about. No recoupment process for when the members overpay. My manager once told me that I was not allowed to have an opinion. The health insurance options are TERRIBLE for employees at major health insurance company. Employees just make them all the money and they throw the employees some scraps in the forms of small bonuses to keep you working. The better you are at your job, the more work you get. The harder you work at getting out of doing your job, the more promotions you get.
