Pros

You can work from home. Great team environment, but that depends on the department and management. Decent PTO

Cons

They can micromanage you to the point of stalking regarding of how productive you are. So beware and make sure to be a "yes" man or woman and always comply. Never question anything or you'll wind up on the "list". There is unethical employee monitoring by management to the point of bullying and stalking. They also listen in, so be careful what you say around your work computer. I am not surprised if these creepy people continue to spy on you after your shift ends. Make sure to turn off your computer at end of shift and you should be okay. Other than that, it's a tolerable way to pay the bills.

Pros

Working from home, that’s about it.

Cons

Micromanaging, forced to help team members while you’re behind on your own caseload. Denied PTO requests, no PTO all summer and no PTO until the end of January 2027 (that’s supposed supposedly when they will be done ramping up with all their new employees.) a bunch of meetings weekly that are pointless. A weekly case conference where they are forcing nurses to present a complex case in front of over 300 people on zoom. Process changes change constantly, there are no job aid or guideline that help you make a Clinical decision but you will get out of it if you do it incorrectly. Save yourself the trouble and apply somewhere else. It is not worth it.
