      Pros

      Work at home, high deductible health insurance with low monthly premium. History of flexible scheduling. History as great employer can be easily returned to.

      Cons

      Recent significant change in program resulted in mandatory overtime and must work 4 hours without pay, micromanagement and absence of compassion for anything but company profits. Current actions are antithesis of company history of a great place to work. Pending sale to Aetna creates cloudy future.

      Interesting work, decent benefits, ability to work from home

      Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
