No adequate communication from leadership, lot of latency with the system expected to work through them and meet your rates expectancy, short term disability not working or workers compensation, supervisors micro menagment a lot , don't care about you as employee you are there to meet their expectations , don't criticize the leadership, or system problem you will be out of work
