      Cons

      Not a perfect company but in comparison to other companies of our size I think Humana is in the top 10%. The organization is always look for ways to do better and be the best at what we do.

      Remote, decent benefits, PTO/holiday pay.

      Cons

      Glued to your desk. Decreasing benefits and increasing work demands. No ability to pivot or move outside of the role. Career development has to be done off the clock except CEU’s.
