Pros
Smart leadership, good process in place, good culture but needs more diversity in leadership. Also, benefits are great and there's opportunity for growth.
Cons
Some leaders should not be managing people but Humana seems afraid of removing them. Others should be let go for being poor performers but somehow they stick around.
