      Flexibility of work schedule, decent PTO if you can find time to take it, and a job that you can help others

      Cons

      Pay is lower than other companies for the same job, mileage policy is garbage, benefits have been reduced, pay reduced. Overall lack of respect and concern from the higher ups in the company
