Pros

None I can think of other then some of the staff being cool

Cons

Everything. The Owner is terrible, Management is terrible, everyone complains how miserable they are there. If you want to wait months and months to receive a commission check and work with only healthcare clients then by all means apply.

At HumanEdge, we care deeply about our team members, and we do everything we can to offer the best possible working experience for our recruiters and staffing professionals. As you know, commissions are paid monthly based on cash collected from our clients. The only reason for a delay in payment would be if we did not get paid or there was a fall off in a placement that was made. With regard to client concentration, we love serving our healthcare clients, but in truth, less than 25% of our clients are in healthcare, and we serve just as many companies in financial services, IT, professional services, and other industries. As for the corporate culture, we’ll leave that up to our team members to respond, but you can see their views here and on our Facebook and Twitter pages.
