Constantly overworked, teams constantly understaffed.
Been in tears multiple times to my manager, citing feeling overwhelmed and unvalued. Always told "I'm sorry I've let it get this way." Job steadily gets worse and worse anyway, and you're made to feel like it's your fault.
No interest in keeping staff who have been there for years, or even paying out redundancy when team is reduced to 20% of the original staff. Tactic seems to be treat employees so badly they will just leave of their own accord.
Ridiculous promotion structure that seems to be designed to promote as few people as possible. Constantly hiring to fill in gaps from resignations.
