      Pros

      I started at InSites straight out of university almost 10 years ago. I never thought 10 years later I would still be here, but the constant growth opportunities combined with how the company evolved and grew over time gave me no reason to reconsider. InSites is an innovative, creative but above all fun place to work. The company really values its employees and gives them tons of opportunities to develop themselves.

      Work can be high pace and work life balance is sometimes hard to juggle

Definitely understand pace of work and work life balance can be challenging at times, please don't hesitate to share with your coach in case you have difficulties coping, most of the time we can work something out!

      Pros

      - Great place to learn/build a foundation. - Get to touch lots of projects and some cool clients - Cool office and perks - Great people and collaborative vibe - Ability to grow and specialize role based on strengths, experience and interests - Working for another vendor after this and also going client side you see that they really "get it", do things the right way and have a solid process to ensure quality work and you learn good habits after moving on.

      Cons

      - Pay is just ok - Depending on manager/team, experiences can vary - Occasional long hours, but no more or less than rest of industry
