      Honestly can't think of any.

      Cons

      Payroll is constantly inconsistent, in spite of work the same amount of hours every pay period. No benefits at all through the agency. Frequently given false information about the consensus of the management at your assignment in regards to your job performance. Rude to employees who inquire about the suspicious activity of the agency. Never paid on the same day of the week, in spite of having direct deposit in place. One of the worst temporary agencies out there. Highly unprofessional. Save yourself time and energy, look elsewhere for employment.

      Pros

      Recruiters do everything HR-related as well - payroll, work comp, unemployment, e-verify, etc. Working here gave me a lot of experience in all areas of the HR world, not just recruiting. I am very well-rounded thanks to my time here.

      Cons

      Pay was low, PTO was minimal, and they did not offer any sort of retirement packages (401k, etc). Ownership does a lot of shady things that are HUGE HR "no nos" so to speak, if not borderline unethical or even illegal. The company is locally owned by 4 owners. There is no real growth opportunity here, which is through no fault of the company - it is just the reality of working for a small, privately-owned company.
