Pros
Co-workers are wonderful, office environment is nice, most employees have their own office. Courtyard, workout area and workout classes, cafeteria, good health benefits. You can feel good about your job knowing that, regardless of your position, you are contributing to a healthier and happier society.
Cons
Staff is spread too thin and are overworked. It didn't used to be this way, but in the past few years more work is created and empty positions are not filled. Staff cannot thrive let alone succeed with current expectations.
