      Pros

      My experience at Human Kinetics was a good one. My job role wasn't the most challenging, but the pay was decent, and my supervisor was very flexible with me with regard to shift hours.

      Cons

      There wasn't much room for advancement at this company nor was there much incentive to consider advancing at this company. It seemed like a place to be stagnant, career-wise.

      Thanks for providing feedback, and especially for the advice. HK does offer tuition reimbursement, so we need to do a better job of promoting that benefit to our staff.
