I am incredibly grateful to have kick-started my career with Human. As a junior consultant, I was exposed to complicated briefs and given the trust to directly apply my knowledge, experiment and have exposure to senior stakeholders. All of the clients are industry leaders and project briefs can be very exciting not dull and boring. Consultants at Human are committed and everyone is doing their very best, each person is an individual with their own personality and approach but it’s always an open environment where discussions and debates are welcomed. However, be aware that the deadlines are tight. Directors have incredible knowledge and experience in innovation. CEO can untangle a problem in un-imaginable ways, always delivering to the client beyond what they would expect. There are a few fun perks and benefits. There is a lot of travel involved in exciting destinations and work usually takes you to very interesting and beautiful places but it isn’t ‘bleisure’ - most of the time it is extremely demanding.
