You will be micromanaged by people who provide little or no value to the company otherwise. You will not be appreciated for extra work, but you will be blamed if anything falls short. - The org structure makes zero sense. People will make more than you and have a higher title and have less responsibility or knowledge than you. - Benefits are not good.
