Great Company - Associate Hull Property Group Employee Review

Great company to work for! Really care about their employees.

None that ive come across

There are some good people in the company Centrally located office

There's very little trust from high and mid level to associate level. Never clear SOP's or direction. Always a changing target with no clear distinction of why or how until it's too late. They expect you to always be available regardless if sick, out of town, or on vacation. If you don't stay late most days it goes against you. Leadership definitely plays favorites.
