5 days rto required badging in before 9am forcing employees to have boost mobile tech debt, very slow paced, not good for career growth below market pay, little to no pay bumps

Can survive if you hang out close with the upper management. This is applicable to most of the departments here.

Politics decide a lot of things. Working hours for the pay is not justified.
